It's all about the ride is more than just a motto. It is a way of life. When applied to motorcycling, it is a passion that gets into your soul usually very early in life. Perhaps it was a father who rode or a friend took you on your first ride.
Motorcycling is a visceral experience that, for some, sets deep within oneself. A sound or smell can trigger a recall back to that very first riding experience. Perhaps the smell of gas sometimes brings back blissful summer nights spent staring at your first motorcycle while sipping a beer (guilty).
After 35 years, I am still as passionate today about bikes as I was when my Dad took me out one perfect spring Saturday morning on his 67' Triumph Bonneville.
Joe's passion for motorcycling started with early Saturday morning rides when his Dad would take him out on his 67' Triumph Bonneville. |
With close to 1,000,000 miles logged and several cross-North American trips, I have a world of experience that I want to share. I have owned dirt bikes, sport bikes, cruisers, adventure bikes and luxury tour bikes. I use and test products for any weather and riding condition. Hopefully, my reviews can help some of you in your purchases so you do not waste money buying something twice.
It's All About The Ride will also feature my beautiful wife Britta Kay. Her unique thoughts and ideas on our adventures are not only going to give you a women's perspective but I'm positive she will have you in stitches. For us, It's All About The Ride is a motto that applies to living and how to live each day to the fullest.
